Zedge™ Wallpapers & Ringtones

Almost eighteen million people have rated Zedge™ Wallpapers & Ringtones, which says a lot about how long Zedge has been a go-to for phone personalization. The app covers both what a phone looks like and how it sounds: wallpapers, ringtones, alarm and notification tones, live photos and icon packs, now joined by AI creation tools.

On the visual side there are free wallpapers in full HD and 4K, collections ranging from urban art to sci-fi, space and anime, and filters and stickers for personal edits. Wallpapers can go on the home or lock screen or rotate at set intervals. Newer formats include parallax wallpapers with a 3D depth effect, dynamic 24-hour wallpapers that follow the local time of day, shifting from morning through to night, and dual wallpapers that set a coordinated home and lock screen pair in one tap. The AI section can generate a wallpaper from a text description, restyle photos in looks such as anime, comic, cyberpunk or watercolor, and create custom ringtones and notification sounds.

Zedge has 500,000,000+ installs and a 4.7 average from 17,899,414 ratings, with 81% five stars and 3% one star. It is free with ads, and in-app purchases span a very wide $0.49 - $399.99 per item. It was updated on 2026-09-23, needs Android 9 or newer, and is rated Teen. We list 35 versions, the latest being 9.36.0.

For anyone who wants wallpapers and sounds from one place, with AI tools for original designs, Zedge is a comprehensive choice. The very high top-end price and ads mean it pays to be selective about what to unlock.
