TikTok - Videos, Shop & LIVE

Short videos, live streams and shopping share one feed in TikTok - Videos, Shop & LIVE, the social app from TikTok Pte. Ltd. Its central idea is discovery: the For You feed is built around what each person watches and likes, not around who they already know.

Watching is as simple as scrolling, liking and following. The feed shifts with each user's interests, surfacing recipes, gaming clips, fashion tips, music and trending sounds. Creating is equally central: videos can be shot on the phone and dressed up with editing tools, effects, filters and a large library of free sounds and music. The app also covers LIVE streaming and a shopping side where people can find products, and it points users toward new creators and communities to follow.

With 69,977,942 ratings it averages 4.0, though opinion is split: 64% five stars against 18% one star. Installs have passed 1,000,000,000+. The app is free with ads, and in-app purchases span an unusually wide range, from $0.05 to $9,999.90 per item. It was updated on 2026-09-23, its Android requirement varies with device, and it is rated Teen. We list 202 versions; the newest, 46.8.2, is a large 440.8 MB.

Anyone who wants an endless stream of short videos or a place to post their own will find it central to that world. Users watching their storage, or wary of in-app spending on live gifts and shopping, should keep a close eye on both.
