The story is simple: during a visit to Papa Louie's new sushi shop in Sakura Bay you knock over the lucky cat statue, and while he goes off to replace it, you are left running the place.

Each order passes through several steps. Rice gets cooked, seasoned and spread onto nori or soy paper in an all-in-one cooker, then fillings go in before the roll is closed, topped, sauced and cut into pieces. A bubble tea is prepared alongside, and then the plate goes to the customer. Across the in-game calendar, holidays bring seasonal fillings, papers, sauces, toppings and tea flavors.
