FaceLab - Face Age, AI Haircut

Curious what you might look like at seventy, or with a completely different haircut? FaceLab: Future Face Aging App from Lyrebird Studio is a photo editor built around AI face filters, with ageing effects as its headline feature and a handful of other transformations alongside.

The main tool takes a portrait and renders an older version of the face, a kind of age time machine for selfies. Beyond that, the app offers a gender swap filter, a face shape detector that analyses the outline of a face, and an AI hairstyle changer that lets users try different cuts and hair colours on their own photo, with options for both men and women. The store text is heavy on repeated keywords, but stripped down, the workflow is simple: pick a photo, choose an effect, and save or share the result.

The ratings tell a mixed story. The app averages 3.8 from 786,963 ratings; 65% are five stars, yet 26% are one star, a large unhappy minority. It has 50,000,000+ installs. It is free with ads, and in-app purchases range from $2.00 to $59.99 per item. It was updated on 2026-09-11, is rated Everyone and requires Android 7.0 or newer. We list 35 versions, the latest being 4.5.96 at 71.8 MB.

Casual users who want quick ageing and hairstyle previews for fun will get what they came for. Those irritated by ads or paid unlocks should note how many one-star ratings the app has collected. Everything runs from a single photo, so there is little to learn before trying the effects.
