Editor Reviews

Any video clip can become a moving background with Video Live Wallpapers from ZipoApps. The app's main purpose is converting a user's own footage into a live wallpaper, and it adds a selection of ready-made animated wallpapers for those without a clip in mind.

Setting it up is quick: pick a video, fit it to the screen, and decide whether its sound should play or stay muted. The listing mentions support for online video wallpapers as well as parallax, 3D, 4D and 4K styles, and the developer claims the app keeps system resource and battery use to a minimum. A catalogue of exclusive high-quality wallpapers is available for those who would rather browse. Its main appeal is simplicity, turning a favourite clip into a moving background within a few taps.

Users rate it 4.6 from 376,667 ratings, with 83% five stars and just 4% one star. It has 10,000,000+ installs. The app is free with ads, and in-app purchases are listed as Rp 15.000 - Rp 2.127.543 per item in the store's local currency, which shows a wide spread. The last update is from 2025-10-29, it runs on Android 5.0 or newer, and it is Rated for 3+. We list 32 versions; the latest, 4.0.7, is a lean 16.4 MB.

Anyone who wants a personal clip, a pet video for instance, looping on the home screen will find this straightforward, and it runs on older phones too. People expecting frequent new content should note that updates have slowed since late 2025.

Frequently asked questions

01 Is Video Live Wallpapers free?

Yes. Video Live Wallpapers is listed as free on Google Play and offers in-app purchases (Rp 15.000 - Rp 2.127.543 per item); it also shows ads.

02 Which Android version does Video Live Wallpapers need?

The current release requires Android 5.0. If your device is older, one of the 31 earlier versions listed above may still install.

03 How do I install the APK?

Download the file from the version page, open it on your Android device and allow installs from this source when prompted. XAPK bundles need the APKPure app or a split-APK installer (see the install guide in the footer). Always prefer the latest version unless you specifically need an older build.

04 Is the download safe?

Files come from our download library or external sources and are not modified by us. Check the package name (me.craftsapp.video.wallpaper) and developer before installing.

05 How do I get my account back?

Accounts belong to the developer's own service, not to this site. Use the sign-in recovery option inside Video Live Wallpapers, or contact ZipoApps through the support address listed on Google Play.

06 How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions bought through Google Play are managed in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions; purchases made inside the app follow the developer's own billing.

07 Can I get a refund?

Appmello never charges for downloads, so there is nothing to refund here. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play or by the developer. Never enter payment details on any page claiming to be a download step.

08 How do I use Video Live Wallpapers?

Open the app after installing; it works exactly like the Play Store build. For feature questions see the developer's help pages, as Appmello only distributes the installer.
