Gacha Club

Gacha Club is Lunime's larger follow-up in its anime dress-up line, adding a battle system and more creative tools to the character creator that made the series popular. Players design a whole club of characters, stage scenes with them, and then send them into fights.

There are 10 main characters and 90 extras to customise, with colour changes for almost every item, 600 poses, adjustable hair and eyes, hundreds of pets and objects, custom profiles, and the ability to import and export characters shared by friends. Studio mode places up to 10 characters on screen along with pets, objects and backgrounds, lets them speak through text boxes, adds a narrator for storytelling and saves up to 15 scenes. The battle side involves pulling from a gacha of more than 180 units and 150 pets, then enhancing and awakening them for four battle modes, namely Story, Tower, Training and Shadows of Corruption. Mini-games such as Usagi vs Neko and Mascot Whack earn gems and bytes for more pulls. The developer states customisation is fully free and that it plays offline.

It is a hit, with 50,000,000+ installs and about 2.2 million ratings averaging 4.5; 75% are five stars and 5% are one star. There are no in-app purchases, though the game is ad-supported. It is rated Everyone 10+, requires only Android 5.0, and was last updated on 2023-08-15, a long time ago. We list one version, whose build varies by device.
