Cookingdom

Slow, calm and focused on the small pleasures of making food, Cookingdom from ABI GAMES PTE. LTD. is a cooking simulation that avoids the frantic timers of most restaurant games. Instead of racing customers, players work through one recipe at a time and enjoy each step.

Every dish is split into short mini-games. Players chop and dice vegetables and herbs, stir batters and soups as the ingredients combine, cook items such as pancakes, sauteed vegetables or grilled meat to the right point, and then arrange the plate with finishing touches like herbs or sauce. Getting the timing wrong is treated lightly, with room to try again. The recipe book draws on cuisines from around the world, and the examples include miso ramen, stacks of pancakes, a charcuterie board and chocolate lava cake. Finishing dishes unlocks further recipes, ingredients and tools. The kitchen itself can be decorated with touches such as fairy lights, plants and wooden shelves, and tools can be upgraded.

About 371,000 ratings give Cookingdom a 4.4 average, with 71% five stars and 7% one star, and installs have reached 50,000,000+. It is free with ads, and in-app purchases range from $0.99 to $49.99 per item. It was updated on 2026-08-28, needs Android 7.1 or newer and is rated Everyone. We list 23 versions, but the latest, 1.1.134, is a very large 3.0 GB, so storage is a real consideration.

Players looking for a relaxing, low-pressure game with satisfying food prep will find it a good match. Anyone on a phone with limited storage, or who wants fast-paced challenge, should think twice.
